Very good! Me and my dad found this place while in the area for an errand! Owners are extremely nice and were welcoming when we arrived! Started out with hot coffee which was great ol cup of joe! We both ordered the special omelets with cinnamon toast and homefries! Everything was very hot and delicious! And that cinnamon toast, WOW! Very thick and had some kind of cinnamon butter spread that made it totally out of this world! This place is amazing and totally looks like one that regulars in the area go to! It's cozy and EXTREMELY small, I mean like 2 tables with 3 chairs per table and a counter with 8 or so stools small! It's also cash only, so please note of those things prior to going! Also only open Monday thru Friday's from 6am-2pm and that's because only the owners (a very nice couple) run it, they have no staff! But the food and service make up for it! These people are extremely nice and know what there doing, they'll make conversations with you! I will definitely go back here when in the area!! Oh I forgot to mention the omelets, they had everything in them: ham, peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, literally the whole kitchen sink! Totally recommend it along with the homefries and onions on them along with the cinnamon toast!

Joe’s is one of those classic small diners that serve love on a plate. You can tell they put their heart and soul into it. Reminds me of the train car diners you find more in MetroWest. Limited seating but if do you manage to snag one, just relax and enjoy some classic Americana.

First time customer. Excellent food and service! Best breakfast and believe me I have been to all the local restaurants. Made to order, fresh and delicious! I'll be back.

This place is great! I’m 100% into price/performance and Joe’s delivers. We had pastrami sandwiches which appear only rarely and were delicious. The owner Bob was a welcoming host and great conversationalist!

Won't find a better breakfast around, feels like having breakfast in your families kitchen. Patty and Bob are the best. Make sure to grab a soup to go when available. Bob's corn chowder is amazing.

Does Joe's really need an introduction? It's been the same small coffee/breakfast joint for like 60 years, there must be a reason. The owners are basically your grandparents, except they can cook better than them. (Even if you don't want to admit it.) They are super friendly and won't hesitate to tell you their story. The hash and eggs were phenomenal, my friend said, "it was the best french toast I have ever eaten." Also the home fries are all hand cut. It's a tight place with a couple tables and some bar stools to overlook where the magic happens. Check it out, don't just drive by

A Hanover institution. Just an awesome local hole in the wall, greasy spoon. All meant as a compliment. Fresh, both the food and the service all in good fun. Very large portions, lots of choices. It is a small venue, with on street parking. About 6 seats at the counter and a couple of tables. There can be a wait at busy times because it is small.
